Different price levels
On some of our products you will see different price levels that you can choose when placing an item into your shopping basket. This is because some specifications of item are differently priced due to things like size required.
VAT Exemption
Many of our clients are eligible are eligible for VAT relief. To qualify for the VAT relief pricing you must be chronically sick or disabled and be purchasing to goods for personal and domestic use which is relevant to your disability.
Many of our products are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability an eligible for VAT relief and so we show a price option with the VAT taken off. However, there are some items that are not eligible for VAT relief. These products will incur VAT, which everyone must pay and so you will not see a lower priced option in the drop down list.
If you are eligible for VAT relief then choose the lower price in the list and you will be asked to complete a declaration form later in the payment process which you will need to email to shop@mobilityaidsshop.co.uk to enable us to complete your order and send your goods.
